Our Products

At Baked Impressions we value quality and customer service above everything else. All of our products are made to order for each client from scratch using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients possible. Our signature Swiss Meringue Buttercream is made with pure butter not with shortening. Our fruit purees are made from fresh in the bakery from local sources, not from frozen or prepackaged fruits. When it comes to the chocolate for our mousses and cake truffles, only the finest Belgian chocolates will do. You'll never find tubs of pre-made icings, fillings, or mixes in our bakery.

 

Our Philosophy

At Baked Impressions we take a tremendous amount of pride in the fact that our clients have chosen us to make some of their family's most important events even more memorable. That's why we work so closely with each client to learn as much as possible about the person or event to ensure that our creations truly reflect their personality or the spirit of an event. Elements such as color schemes, patterns, personal favorites, and physical characteristics are all taken into consideration when we are creating a concept.

 

 

                                              

 

About Olga

Olga Lampcov discovered her passion for cake in June 2009 after she decided to bake her first cake for her son Ehren's third birthday. Having never heard of fondant she set out to create her first masterpiece...Thomas the Tank Engine. As her new hobby gained the attention of friends and family the requests started pouring in and Olga's Creations was born.
